NDDI operates a three-layer governance structure to ensure optimum and efficient delivery of our goals in a transparent and accountable manner to both our donors and the marginalized people we work for. We employ the talents and expertise of some of Ghana’s most renowned personalities to confront the problems that plague our society. Our process and work ethics place high premium on experience, integrity, transparency, accountability and honest leadership.

We have a nine-member Board of Directors, responsible for policy and oversight, whiles our seven-member Eminent Advisory Panel of Experts is responsible for providing the organization with critical professional support and advise on matters of specific subject.

The day-to-day management of NDDI is in the hands of the Executive Chairman who is supported by the Director of Finance and Administration, Policy Directors, Special Projects Co-ordinator, Director of Research and a team of Resident Fellows.
